Cancellation Policy
Rutland Simulated Game - Booking Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Rutland Simulated Game! We’re excited to have you join us for a fantastic day of simulated shooting. To ensure clarity and smooth operations, please take a moment to read our booking cancellation policy: Booking & Payment Terms: The total cost for a game day is £175.00. To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit (£87.50) at the time of booking. The remaining 50% (£87.50) is due on the day of your event. Cancellation Policy: Full Refund: If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so up to 72 hours before the scheduled game day for a full refund of your deposit. Less than 72 Hours Notice: If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, the full amount will be charged. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Extenuating Circumstances: If you need to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
